Title of the Project : Designing GNM/hBN-Quantum Dot Based Hybrid Photodetectors
Qualification : First class in M.Tech (Microelectronics/ Nanoelectronics/ Nanotechnology/ VLSI/ Photonics/ Nanophotonics/ optoelectronics/ Electronics & Communication Engineering) Or First class in M.Sc (Electronics /Photonics/ Physics/ Nanoscience/ Nanotechnology).
Desirable (if any) : 1. Qualified in any national level subject exam.
2. Experience in fabrication and characterization of optoelectronics/electronic devices.
3. Exposure in handling of various fabrication and characterization instruments in clean room environment.
4. Experience in synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials.
Stipend : Rs. 25,000/- + HRA (Total: Rs.27,000/- pm). Stipend as per VIT norms for M.Sc without NET/GATE. The selected candidate have an opportunity to register for the PhD at VIT, Vellore.
Sponsoring Agency : Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), New Delhi.
Duration : 18 months.
