Title: Estate Assistant
Job description:
Estate assistant carries paperwork and interacts with various offices such as Thaluk office, Village administration office and Revenue offices in Bangalore city and Hoskote. He is also required to go to fields to assist with surveys etc. This person should have good speaking and writing skills in English and Kannada. Ability to speak Telugu is also needed. Two-wheeler driving and bus travel in Bangalore, Hoskote and surrounding regions are involved.
A person living in Eastern Bangalore or around Hoskote will be most suitable.
Education: +2 required. B.A. / B.Com pass/fail is okay.
Languages: Spoken and written English and Kannada. Spoken Telugu
Skills: Ability to talk to office people to submit applications and receive paperwork. Ability to talk to local people including farmers and field workers. Ability to receive, read and understand documents. Two-wheeler driving to travel locally in Bangalore and Hoskote. Ability to read and write emails, whatsapp and sms messages. Ability to speak on phone.
Experience: 2 to 5 years
